  • 59th Annual Pancake Day. Benefits community projects of Kiwanis Club of Texarkana. All you can eat pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, juice and milk.   • 5K Walk/Run for the 2017 Stinson Organ Transplant Awareness Event. Begins at CHRISTUS St Michael Health and Fitness Center, benefiting and promoting organ donation awareness. live music, strongman feats by T-Force Ministries, raffles and more.     • Free Exhibits! “For All the World to See, Visual Culture and the Struggle for Civil Rights” in RAC through Mar 16. Examines the influence of visual images in shaping and transforming the struggle for racial equality. Also in the RAC through Mar 4. The 14th Annual Reg’l Celebration of African American Artists, exhibit by TRAHC in the Regional Arts Center. Local artists featured in 2017 are Treva West and Cedric Watson.
